Tender Care PPEC Voted Best of Florida Winner for Children’s Therapy Practices 2023

Providing a Helping Hand for Special Needs Children and Families.

Therapy Practices

Tender Care PPEC is thrilled to be a Best of Florida Regional Winner for Children’s Therapy Practices!

Best of Florida allows its audience to recognize Florida’s best businesses, organizations, and people.

Throughout the year, people vote for businesses they love in the Best of Florida annual awards. The votes are tabulated and compiled along with The Guide to Florida’s editor’s picks. Winners are organized into three tiers for each industry: Best of Florida, Regional Winner, and Honorable Mention. This results in a list of resources that showcase great businesses across the state.

The Best of Florida winners range from seafood to healthcare, displaying organizations that deserve your attention. You’ll find the best therapists, lawyers, contractors, and more. You can find the winner in print, online, and social media.

Voting was open on August 31st, results got posted on October 14th, and the print release is in November.

Tender Care is honored to receive this award and congratulates all the winners. Thank you to all who voted to recognize our staff’s commitment to the delivery of exemplary therapy services to medically complex and technologically dependent children.

Why should my child go to Tender Care PPEC?

Tender Care PPEC provides care for medically complex and fragile children from birth to 21 years of age in a daycare-like environment staffed with nurses, CNAs, and therapists. We are the first independently owned PPEC in the State of Florida with our initial center opening in 1988. This means we have an abundance of experience and knowledge in providing loving care to this special pediatric population. We have 6 Tender Care PPEC centers throughout Florida, with our newest facility located in Lake Park.

Lake Park Location

Our goal is to enhance the development of each child through collaborative relationships between families, physicians, nurses, and therapists. This holistic approach to care is carried out in an environment that allows the child to engage in social interactions with their peers. This results in thriving children, well-positioned to achieve their greatest potential. We also offer transportation at no cost and provide nutritious meals throughout the day.

What sets us apart is that we care for and treat every child like family. We have passion in our hearts for our children and a desire to see them succeed.
