ABA Connection

ABA Connection provides evidence-based and compassionate Behavior Therapy to children and adults in homes, schools, our clinic, and the community. Services include Adult Day Training, Social Skills Groups, Anger Management, Parent Training, and more. Accepting insurance, private pay, and UA Scholarships.

Elpis MFR Therapy uses Myofascial Release (MFR) which is a highly interactive stretching technique that works with the patient’s body to determine the direction, force, and duration of the stretch to facilitate maximum relaxation of the tight or restricted tissues.  The MFR therapist acts as a facilitator, working with the patient, not on the patient and uses no lotions or cremes.  Rather than planning a step-by-step treatment session, the therapist using MFR waits for guidance from the patient’s body.

She additionally has worked within in-patient and outpatient rehabilitation centers with substance use disorders. Karen offers a psychoanalytic and person-centered approach within each individualized session, strongly promoting self-expression within the therapeutic process.
