Posability was founded in 2022 by Wayne and Tina Cordova and their daughter, Emmalee, who is diagnosed with developmental disabilities.

The Cordova’s life mission is building community & connections between families of children with disabilities & breaking down barriers that prevent them from being part of their larger community.

Esther’s School was founded in 2005 by Chris and Dr. Esther Berry. Their heart’s desire was that their son with Down Syndrome be able to attend a Christian private school. Following the Lord’s direction, they opened Esther’s School with two students that had special needs. Today, there are 9 campuses and an international campus in India ministering to approximately 600 students both neuro-typical and students with special needs.

Jessica Silber is a Board-Certified Advocate in Special Education who is dedicated to safeguarding every student’s access to a high-quality education and services. With over fifteen years of experience in the field of disability, Jessica has a deep understanding of the challenges facing students, families, and educators in the classroom and school system.

Majestic Therapy Horses mainly serves Hernando, Citrus and Pasco counties to enrich lives, promote  health, educate, and strengthen literacy programs. They accomplish this by visiting senior facilities, Veterans programs, special schools’ programs, local public library reading programs, and community service organizations as examples.
